About Me

Stories told in every medium.

I'm Michael Angelo Vila, a Cuban-Colombian American filmmaker and animator. I'm a freshman at the Savannah College of Art and Design, studying Animation and Visual Effects on a full-tuition scholarship.

My work spans stop-motion, 2D and 3D computer animation, live-action shorts and journalism. I'm also the founder and director of Animating Others, an animation studio that brings creative outlets to children in hospital inpatient care.

If you're interested in learning more about my professional experience or Animating Others, check out my resume or LinkedIn.

I'm available for internships, volunteer opportunities and animated collaborations, in person or remotely.
